5. Damaged or Defective Products

  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

6. Non-Returnable Items

7. Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are PARTIALLY COVERED depending on the reason for return.
  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • For other returns, shipping fees may be deducted from your refund.
